Flat ceramic infrared heater(DS-PK series)
Flat Ceramic Infrared Heater (DS-PK series) is an industry standard infrared plate heater. The heater uses a casting and solidification molding technique and is made of specially formulated refractory ceramic material and nickel-chromium heating wire that can withstand high temperatures. The flat type adder is thinner than the arc heater, which allows for installation area savings. It is appropriate for equipment with a small footprint. The heater has eight standard power levels, with a power range of 50W to 1000W. Its surface temperature can reach up to 800C.

Application
Plastic welding

Thermoforming is the process of heating plastic to form a specific shape.
Infrared emitters do not have to be in direct contact with your product and can be placed at a suitable distance while still providing the heat required for the application. These infrared waves are unaffected by air currents, so consistent heat levels are maintained regardless of the external factors of machine location.
Printing
The printing process is fast drying and energy efficient, making it ideal for drying inks on T-shirts. Or curing specialist inks onto cans, commonly used in the drinks industry.
